Due to the limitation of using a single workset & dgnws file with multiple contractors on different systems, we have developed our own sheet creation tools. We are using the built in sheet model properties plus some custom itemtypes applied to sheet models to file in border text and automate sheet creation. We have text in our borders that point to these itemtype properties for their values. We can quickly change the itemtype values without having to graphically open each file, BUT... for the actual textfields to update to show those values (say for plotting), I have to graphically open each model and update the properties. Is there a way to update the textfields without opening each model graphically? This would be like the functionality when you right click on a sheet index and select "Update Sheet Model Properties".
