Adding a vba sub to enable the Right Mouse click Menu in a form

I have a vba with text fields that I want to copy or paste text to or from.

I would like to have a vba routine that would do that and if possible for all my vba on my pc.

I am a complete novice at vba so if possible a detailed process would be appreciated.
